30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled

• Be in its original condition and packaging

• Include all original hardware, accessories, and documentation

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Products that have been installed, welded, modified, damaged during installation, or used are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Reason for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return address information will be provided after your return request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The product

• Packaging

• Shipping label

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For non-defective returns or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed or used products

• Welded or modified parts

• Custom or special-order items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please submit a return request for the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
