Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

MODXVAN is not responsible for lost shipments, delays, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, missing parts, or with visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact our support team.

MODXVAN is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product type.

Customers are responsible for:
